Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken

A decent sluggish cooker chicken formula to attempt !

Fixings

* 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken bosom parts - cut into 2 inch pieces
* 4 cloves garlic, slashed
* 1 huge onion, slashed
* 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
* 3 new peaches - stripped, hollowed and cut
* 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, depleted
* 1 cup hacked dried apricots
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 2 cups chicken stock
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
* 1 tablespoon water
* 3 tablespoons cleaved new cilantro
* 1/3 cup fragmented almonds, toasted

Directions:

1. Place chicken in the lower part of a sluggish cooker. Add the garlic, onion, tomatoes, peaches, garbanzo beans, dried apricots, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, and cayenne pepper. Pour in the chicken stock. Cook on Low for 5 hours.
2. Eliminate the chicken and keep warm. Blend the cornstarch and water in a little bowl. Mix the cornstarch combination into the sluggish cooker. Cook on High until the sauce has thickened, around 15 minutes. Return the chicken to the sluggish cooker and hotness through. Top with new cilantro and almonds prior to serving.
